Set up grokbot-x on this machine. Work step by step and stop where I say.

1. git clone https://github.com/YannisKiefer/grokbot-x.git && cd grokbot-x
2. Read README.md and docs/OPERATOR.md first. Follow them over your own habits.
3. cp .env.example .env, then ask me for YOUR_HANDLE, YOUR_TYPEFULLY_API_KEY and YOUR_TYPEFULLY_SOCIAL_SET_ID. Never print, log or commit the key.
4. Dry run with the example data, nothing gets published:
   cp examples/best_skill.starter.md skillopt/best_skill.md
   cp skillopt/held_out.example.json skillopt/held_out.json
   cp examples/trajectories.example.jsonl skillopt/trajectories.jsonl
   python3 skillopt/sleep_cycle.py status
5. Show me the status output and explain it in three lines.
6. Do not publish, reply or draft anything until I say yes.
